Privacy Policy
How Chainworthy, Inc. (“Chainworthy,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information.
This is a draft policy published for our public beta. It may be updated as our practices and legal review evolve. Related: Terms of Service · Security Policy.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy covers (a) our public marketing website at chainworthy.co, including the demo request form, and (b) the Chainworthy application platform (including development and production environments) when you create or use an account. Platform customer business data is processed primarily inside each customer’s dedicated Snowflake environment; see our Security Policy and Built on Snowflake for architecture detail.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Demo and contact information you submit on the marketing site (such as name, work email, and company), plus anti-abuse signals from reCAPTCHA.
- Account information when you are invited to or register for the platform (such as name, email, company/tenant affiliation, and authentication credentials).
- Usage and technical information such as log data, device/browser information, IP address, and product interaction events used to operate and improve the service.
- Business data you upload or connect in the platform (for example datasets used to build KPIs, goals, and recommendations). That data is processed in your dedicated Snowflake environment as described in our Security Policy.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Respond to demo requests and communicate about Chainworthy
- Provide, secure, and improve the platform (including AI-assisted analysis and recommendations)
- Authenticate users, manage tenants and invitations, and enforce access controls
- Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your proprietary business data to train public foundation models for other customers’ benefit.
4. Where platform data is processed
For platform customers, analysis, AI inference (including Snowflake Cortex where used), and related processing of customer business data are designed to run inside your dedicated Snowflake database environment. Isolation is structural—a provisioned environment per customer—not merely an application-layer tenant identifier in a shared data store. Application account and configuration data may also be stored in our hosted application infrastructure (for example AWS) as needed to operate the product.
5. Sharing and service providers
We share information with service providers that help us operate the marketing site and platform, under obligations appropriate to the service, including for example:
- Cloud hosting and content delivery (AWS, including for the marketing site and application infrastructure)
- Snowflake for the customer data and AI processing plane
- Email delivery for transactional and demo-related messages
- reCAPTCHA for form abuse prevention on the marketing site
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Chainworthy, our users, or others.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Our marketing site and application may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for security, session management, and basic analytics or preference storage. The demo form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which may set cookies or collect device signals according to Google’s practices.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Demo-request records are retained as needed for follow-up and internal records. Platform account and customer data retention follows active account status and applicable agreements; you may request deletion as described below.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. If you are a platform user under a customer organization, some requests may need to be coordinated with your organization’s administrator.
9. Children
Chainworthy is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site or platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
11. Contact
For privacy-related inquiries or requests, contact support@chainworthy.co. Chainworthy, Inc. is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri.
