Understanding the Platform
Chainworthy is a goal-centric growth intelligence platform. You define business goals, connect the KPIs that measure them, upload data, and run everything on the Goal Canvas. Recommendations arrive when new data lands or when you ask Chainworthy to analyze an idea. Each can include projected financial impact where your data supports it, plus a clear action path. The weekly goal briefing summarizes progress and risks per goal. It is the difference between seeing what happened and understanding your strongest next move.
Traditional BI tools show you data. Chainworthy surfaces prioritized actions with financial projections where supported and documented assumptions. Your team can move from visibility to direction faster, without requiring an analyst for every decision. See our full comparison at vs. BI tools.
General AI tools don’t know your business and they process your data on shared infrastructure. Chainworthy is built specifically for sales and marketing growth analysis, runs entirely inside your dedicated Snowflake environment so your data never leaves your perimeter, and draws from 30 years of encoded industry expertise on every analysis. Recommendations are grounded in your actual data, not a general pattern match. Ask Chainworthy draws on your goals, KPIs, datasets, and Context Library with citations you can trace. See our full comparison at vs. generic AI.
It means the entire platform orients around what you’re trying to achieve. You define a growth goal in plain language (a revenue target, a program performance benchmark, a market share objective) and Chainworthy links your KPIs to that goal, prioritizes recommendations by proximity to it, and tracks baseline, current result, and progress on the Goal Canvas. The goal is the destination. Everything else is navigation.
Specific, prioritized recommendations, similar to what an experienced consultant might present after reviewing your data, but generated when your data changes or when you propose an idea for analysis. Each recommendation includes the suggested action, rationale, projected revenue or EBITDA impact where your data supports it, transparent assumptions, and an implementation timeline. Recommendations stay linked to your active goals on the Goal Canvas and ranked by expected impact. The weekly goal briefing is the one named cadence: a per-goal summary of progress and risks, not a scheduled batch of recommendations.
No. The platform is designed for non-technical users: sales leaders, marketing directors, program managers, and executives. You describe goals and KPIs in plain language. You upload CSV or Excel files, including recurring datasets with incremental adds. The AI handles profiling, formula building, analysis, and recommendation generation. Your IT team is involved in the initial Snowflake setup and security review. After that, the platform runs without technical support.
Evaluating Fit
Mid-market companies with revenues between $100M and $1B are the primary target: organizations that are data-mature enough to have meaningful data but not staffed to extract full value from it. PE-backed portfolio companies and growth-oriented sales and marketing teams are also strong fits. If your team is running sales or marketing programs and spending more time building reports than acting on them, Chainworthy is built for you.
Any industry where motivation and incentives drive growth: technology and software channel programs, manufacturing and distribution, financial services, insurance, retail and consumer brands, automotive, telecommunications, hospitality, residential and commercial services, and more. The platform knowledge base was built from deep expertise in the incentive, loyalty, and performance improvement industry but applies broadly to any business running sales or marketing programs.
Most customers have their first recommendations in the same session as their first data upload. There is no months-long implementation, no data schema design, no analyst onboarding. You define your goals, upload a file, and the platform goes to work. The initial Snowflake environment provisioning happens at signup. By the time you’re logging in, your environment is ready.
A structured data file (CSV or Excel) that contains the business data most relevant to your goals. That might be sales transaction data, program participation data, customer records, or channel performance data. Chainworthy validates and profiles the file before ingestion and will flag any quality issues before they affect your KPIs. You do not need clean, pre-formatted data. The platform handles the profiling and will tell you what it found.
Yes. Navigator Pro and Enterprise GPS plans include automated data feeds through pre-built integrations with platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot. Data flows into your dedicated Snowflake environment automatically, with no manual exports required. If your organization uses a system we haven’t pre-built a connector for, custom integrations are available and quoted separately. Navigator plan customers can upload data manually via CSV or Excel at any time, including recurring datasets with incremental adds, and upgrade to automated feeds when ready.
The platform supports multiple users per account with role-based access. Admin users have full management access. Standard users can access insights, use Ask Chainworthy, review recommendations, and interact with the platform without configuration permissions. Plans include team access scaled to the plan level: from 1 user on the free trial, up to 3 on Navigator, and up to 10 on Navigator Pro. Enterprise GPS accommodates larger teams. Within each plan, every user gets the same full access to the intelligence engine. Plans are priced as a flat monthly platform fee, not by headcount.
Trusting the Data
Your data lives in a dedicated Snowflake database provisioned specifically for your organization. It does not comingle with any other customer’s data. It does not travel to an external AI service. All AI processing runs inside Snowflake using Snowflake Cortex, their native AI processing layer. No Chainworthy employee accesses your data without your authorization. Every AI interaction is logged to an audit table inside your own environment. See the full architecture at technology/snowflake.
No. Chainworthy uses Snowflake Cortex to run AI inference. Your data is processed in context and results are returned. It is not retained, used to improve a shared model, or incorporated into any training set. Your proprietary business data remains proprietary.
Chainworthy’s platform knowledge base encodes 30 years of original methodology in sales and marketing program design: frameworks, benchmarks, behavioral science principles, and best practices built from direct client work in the incentive, loyalty, and performance improvement industry. It is not licensed data or a fine-tuned public model. It is proprietary expertise, authored by Chainworthy’s founding team, structured for AI retrieval. Your Context Library adds tenant-specific documents on top. See technology/knowledge-base for more detail.
Every recommendation includes transparent assumptions: the data it drew from, the reasoning behind the projection, and the confidence level. Projections appear only where your data supports them. They are estimates grounded in your data and industry benchmarks, not guarantees. We document the assumptions precisely so your team can evaluate the reasoning rather than just accept the output. The goal is to give you a defensible starting point for prioritization, not a forecast you’d stake your budget on without review.
Yes. US Patent No. 12,125,040 covers Chainworthy’s blockchain-based consensus methodology for enterprise value creation documentation. This capability is on the product roadmap, not live today. Additional IP protection is being pursued for the dual-KB RAG architecture and adaptive financial modeling approach.
Buying and Getting Started
Chainworthy is currently in a beta testing period. A self-serve 14-day free trial (no credit card) is coming soon. Today, get started by requesting a demo—if it’s a fit, we’ll invite you into the beta. Planned paid plans start at $3,500/month for Navigator (growth intelligence pilot: up to 3 users, manual data uploads including recurring datasets) and $5,000/month for Navigator Pro (growth operating system: up to 10 users with automated data integrations). Enterprise GPS is quoted individually for organizations with complex requirements. All paid plans are billed annually. See pricing for the full comparison.
All paid plans are billed on an annual basis. This ensures the platform has sufficient time to build meaningful context from your data and deliver compounding value through its recommendations engine. Enterprise GPS terms are negotiated directly and may include custom contract structures.
A Chainworthy demo is a working session, not a slideshow. We walk through the Goal Canvas using data relevant to your industry, show the full workflow from goal-setting through recommendations and the weekly goal briefing, and answer your specific questions directly. Bring your IT or security team if you want to cover the Snowflake architecture. Bring your leadership if you want to evaluate fit for a broader rollout. The demo is sized to whoever needs to be in the room.
It makes onboarding easier. Chainworthy can operate within your existing Snowflake account structure, which means your data doesn’t move, your existing security policies apply, and your IT team doesn’t need to approve a new data destination. If you’re already on Snowflake, Chainworthy is a natural addition to your data environment.
Chainworthy is in beta. The path to get started is to request a demo. We’ll schedule a working session, show the Goal Canvas with data relevant to your industry, and answer your questions directly. If it’s a fit, we’ll send you an invite to join the beta. A self-serve free trial (no credit card) is coming soon. If it’s not a fit, we’ll tell you that too.
